The video starts with my hand closed and little by little it opens, revealing what exists in the palm: the wound shaped as a honeycomb expels honey instead of blood or another fluid.
I believe that my work with the women would not exist if this wound wasn’t there, because it’s from my own experience that the wish to change society is born.
I tend to compare my work with women with the collective of the bees – a society where everyone works together, helps each other, shares the activities and communicates.
