The action<br \/>\nhappened in 2009, in a small town called Morille, near Salamanca, Spain.<br \/>\nThe performance was done inside the cemitery Cementerio de los Artistas.<br \/>\nI had received a proposal to bury a work. Thinking about the concept of my own work, I decided to bury a white frame with the word \u201cMiedo\u201d, which means \u201cfear\u201d, embroyded in red.<br \/>\nThe frame was buried inside a tin box and covered with earth. Above the earth there<br \/>\nwas a plate with the epitaph: \u201cQue descanses en ti y en nosotras tambi\u00e9n\u201d (May it rest in you and in us too).<br \/>\nThe idea is that in the moment that fear metaphorically dies and is buried, it symbolically dies inside all of us.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/bethmoyses.com.br\/site\/?page_id=2413\"><strong>&lt;&lt; VOLTAR\/BACK<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Performance done by me and by a Shelter Home woman resident.
